Mystery Mass in the Lung

So we've all been on an emotional rollercoaster this past week, trying to figure out what the heck is living in Marco's lung, hoping for the possibility of good news, preparing for the bad news, bracing ourselves for the worst news, but it seems like no preparation exists, no scripted course of action can offer an answer, and no predictions can be made on how one will react to any of the things you hear from what the doctors say or what we see is happening to Marco.

It's a tought time for all. First it was the pneumonia, and now that blob that hasn't quite been identified in his lung, which may or not be lung cancer again. This is an extraordinarily hard time for Marco and I hope Marco won't be shy and can tell us how we can be less of a pain in the ass. Cause we can be...:)

I think I like Patrick Swayze's recent comment about all the would be do-gooders and their miracle cures: "If anybody had that cure out there, like so many people swear they do, you'd be two things. You'd be very rich, and you'd be very famous. Otherwise, shut up."

Please tell us when its time to shut up. We love you guys!

Yes I've been given so many remedies already. I think people mean well. The Wife also has been saying what Patrick Swayze said. I can just imagine how challenging it is for them to keep constantly hearing about remedies. Momma kept trying to force feed him aloe juice and a gazillion other things. I gave him Ensure and he got bad stomach cramps. Yes I'm Guilty too. Marco we won't bug anymore with craziness. We want you to feel well. We love you!

I just finished talking to the Wife and she asked if I had watched the Patrick Swayze interview with Barbara Walters. I missed the original airing last night, but I clicked on the quote on blog and saw all of the 5 parts posted on Youtube. I'm so glad I watched it. Thank you Wife and Moshura's sister for this posting.

Mystery Mass is what it really is. We now have 3 days till M&M gets the biopsy to figure this whole thing out.

The doctors believe that holding off on chemo and getting this biopsy done will have the information on what the hell it is and a better understanding of where the hell it came from too.

Speaking with Dr. T was a little more comforting. It was funny cause as soon as he walked in the room on Thursday he tells M&M I hear you've been causing trouble while I was gone on vacation as he smiled and laughed.

For those that have not seen the TV program with P.Swayze I encourage you to do so.......then maybe you will have a glipse or a better understanding of how we feel.

till next time

Real interview. Don't be holding back your emotions. You do not have to go to the mountain top to express your emotions. Share with us all so that we all understand what your feeling. Don't be scared of what we can handle. Share it all so that we can truly know. We each are dealing with this roller coaster too. Please don't worry about how we will react to all the crazy news. We will take it all in and be there as a family to get through it all.
You are not alone we are there with you. You have a support team that is ready to help in fighting the Monster.

Just finished watching the Patrick Swayze interview on youtube. Wow!
We will be there (COH) on Monday and whenever you need us to fight this thing. And like everyone else has said, you guys can be honest and straight with us. (Especially if we become a bit overbearing). We can take it. We can only imagine what you guys go through on a daily basis. I feel that we will get through this one day at a time.
